15 trucks a week: shelter materials would take seven months to enter; cement still blocked

NRC says Israel allows just 15 trucks of 'dual-use' items a week from Jordan, offloaded at Kerem Shalom one day a week; at that pace 500 truckloads of shelter items would take over seven months. Timber, cement and metal sheeting for repairs remain blocked, and 1.65 million people face a fourth winter in tents and damaged buildings.
