Who is working in Palestine today, at what, and for how much.

The middle of the rubble chain: a scrap dealer living on the site of his home

Breis buys what hammer crews recover and sells it on: tiles to cover muddy tent floors, wood for shelters, iron for tent frames or to a sorting centre. Displaced nine times, he now lives in a tent where his house stood and supports two small sons, a pregnant wife and his father.
