PA pays 50% of June salaries, minimum 2,000 shekels, in late September

The Ministry of Finance and Planning announced payment of June 2026 salaries on 23 September with a 2,000-shekel minimum and said arrears would be paid when finances allow. WAFA's headline gives 50%; its body text reads '0%', an apparent typo. No later (July salary) announcement was found up to 15 October.
